VENUE BY THE HOST. IF NEEDED WE CAN ARRANGE ON ADDITIONAL COST *
FOR CONFIRMATION OF BOOKING AN ADVANCE OF 75% IS REQUIRED FROM THE TOTAL AMOUNT & REST ON THE DAY OF THE EVENT OR NEXT WORKING DAY
ADDITIONAL CHARGES WILL BE APPLICABLE FOR LIVE COUNTERS AS PER GUEST LIST
ANY CHANGES IN THE MENU MUST BE NOTIFIED 72 HOURS PRIOR TO THE EVENT DATE.
CANCELLATION HAVE TO BE MADE 10 DAYS PRIOR TO THE EVENTS SCHEDULE
CANCELLATION BEFORE 72 HOURS WILL ENTERTAIN NO REFUND OF THE ADVANCE AMOUNT PAID.
ANY PACKING OF FOOD WILL BE CHARGED ON PER HEAD BASIS. * IF SERVICE CONTINUES AFTER THE STIPULATED TIME, SERVICE CHARGE WILL BE APPLICABLE ON HOURLY BASIS. (RS 10,000/-)
IF ANY BREAKAGES HAPPEN INTENTIONALLY, WILL BE CHARGED ACCORDINGLY
CATERER WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOST, THEFT DURING THE EVENT OR AFTER
ANY DAMAGES TO THE CATERER PROPERTY WILL BE CHARGED ACCORDINGLY FROM THE HOST * IF ALLERGIC TO ANY SPECIFIC FOOD BY ANY GUEST, PLEASE LET US KNOW PRIORLY
IF ANY ALCOHOL IS PROVIDED BY THE HOST TO SERVE, SERVICE CHARGE OF RS
300 PER BOTTLE WILL BE LEVIED & FOR BEER WILL BE RS 100/- (BOTTLE/CAN).
IF ANY REQUIREMENT IS THERE FOR BAR-TENDER IT WILL BE RS 20,000 EACH FOR BARTENDERING SERVICE AND ENTIRE MIXTURES FOR LIQUOR WILL BE RS 50,000/- FOR BOTH COCKTAIL & MOCKTAILS
